Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Items marked as final sale
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Items missing original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contact.co@karigariofindia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a pickup arrangement where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
